Why people ask about it

What this is for

Tissue repair

BPC-157 has been studied for tendon, muscle, and gut lining repair in laboratory and animal models.

Connective tissue

TB-500 comes from thymosin beta-4, which helped cells move into damaged tissue in wound-healing research.

One vial

Both peptides are in a single 5 mL vial, so there is one prescription instead of two.

Individual results vary. Your clinician decides whether it is right for you.

What to know about Wolverine Blend

Wolverine combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in one compounded 5 mL vial. A licensed clinician reviews your intake by message and decides whether it fits you.

Who this tends to fit

  • You train and are interested in recovery support
  • You want BPC-157 and TB-500 in one vial
  • You want a clinician to review it first

Fitting the description does not mean you will be prescribed this. A clinician decides after reviewing your intake.

Wolverine is a compounded blend, so it is not FDA-approved and the FDA has not reviewed it for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The research is almost all in cells and animals, and none of it tested this combination in people. It is not a treatment for any injury.

How care works

What clinician oversight means here

Licensed clinicians, real review, and support after you start.

  • A licensed clinician decides

Your intake is reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. They choose the treatment and the dose, and they can decline. Insert MD does not make that call.

  • Dispensed by a licensed pharmacy

Nothing ships without a prescription. Your order is prepared and sent by a licensed pharmacy, not packed by us.

  • Reviewed again at follow-up

Continuing is a decision, not a default. Your clinician reassesses whether the treatment still fits before you carry on.

  • Compounded is not FDA-approved

Several treatments here are compounded. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and we say so on every page where it applies.

Good to know

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide studied in rodent models of tendon, muscle, and gut repair. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that helps cells move. In wound models, thymosin beta-4 helped cells migrate into damaged tissue. Most of that work used the full protein, in animals, not this blend in people.

Wolverine is a compounded blend, so it is not FDA-approved and the FDA has not reviewed it for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The research is almost all in cells and animals, and none of it tested this combination in people. It is not a treatment for any injury.

One 5 mL vial holds BPC-157 and TB-500, 10 mg of each. The pharmacy label lists each amount.

No. BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list.

Injection-site redness or irritation is the most common report. Human safety data are limited, so tell your clinician about anything new.
