Why people ask about it

What this is for

Muscle recovery

Growth hormone and IGF-1 are involved in muscle and connective tissue repair. Whether these peptides improve recovery in people has not been shown in controlled trials.

Growth hormone signal

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin prompt your pituitary to release its own growth hormone rather than replacing it.

Tissue repair

TB-500 and GHK-Cu have been studied for wound, tendon, and skin repair in laboratory and animal models.

Individual results vary. Your clinician decides whether it is right for you.

What to know about Samson & Delilah

Samson & Delilah combines GHK-Cu, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and TB-500 in one compounded 5 mL vial. A licensed clinician reviews your intake by message and decides whether it fits you.

Who this tends to fit

  • You train regularly and are interested in recovery support
  • You want one vial instead of several separate peptides
  • You understand the evidence is early and mostly preclinical
  • You want a clinician to review it first

Fitting the description does not mean you will be prescribed this. A clinician decides after reviewing your intake.

Samson & Delilah is a compounded blend, so it is not FDA-approved and the FDA has not reviewed it for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Raised hormone levels in small studies do not show better recovery or body composition, and no study tested this combination in people. The FDA has flagged limited human safety data for several of these peptides.

How care works

What clinician oversight means here

Licensed clinicians, real review, and support after you start.

  • A licensed clinician decides

Your intake is reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. They choose the treatment and the dose, and they can decline. Insert MD does not make that call.

  • Dispensed by a licensed pharmacy

Nothing ships without a prescription. Your order is prepared and sent by a licensed pharmacy, not packed by us.

  • Reviewed again at follow-up

Continuing is a decision, not a default. Your clinician reassesses whether the treatment still fits before you carry on.

  • Compounded is not FDA-approved

Several treatments here are compounded. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and we say so on every page where it applies.

Good to know

CJC-1295 is a longer-acting version of growth hormone-releasing hormone, and Ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor. Both prompt the pituitary to release your own growth hormone in pulses. In small human studies, CJC-1295 raised growth hormone and IGF-1 levels. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied for helping cells move into damaged tissue. GHK-Cu is a copper peptide linked to collagen production.

One 5 mL vial holds GHK-Cu, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and TB-500. The pharmacy label lists each amount.

Growth hormone-releasing peptides, including CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. Check your sport's rules before starting.

Injection-site reactions, flushing, water retention, joint aches, tingling in the hands, and higher blood sugar have been described with growth hormone-releasing peptides. Tell your clinician about anything new.
