Atlas Blend — CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, and IGF-1 LR3
A four-peptide blend built around growth hormone signalling for people who train.
- Training recovery
- Lean muscle
- Growth hormone signal
Why people ask about it
What this is for
Training recovery
Growth hormone and IGF-1 are involved in repairing muscle and connective tissue after training.
Lean muscle
IGF-1 drives muscle cell growth in laboratory studies. Whether this blend adds muscle in people has not been tested.
Growth hormone signal
Three of the four peptides prompt your own pituitary to release growth hormone rather than replacing it.
Individual results vary. Your clinician decides whether it is right for you.

Before you start
What to know about Atlas Blend
Atlas combines CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, and IGF-1 LR3 in one compounded 5 mL vial. A licensed clinician reviews your intake by message and decides whether it fits you.
Who this tends to fit
- You train consistently and are interested in recovery support
- You want one vial instead of several separate peptides
- You understand the evidence is early
- You want a clinician to review it first
Fitting the description does not mean you will be prescribed this. A clinician decides after reviewing your intake.
Atlas is a compounded blend, so it is not FDA-approved and the FDA has not reviewed it for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Tesamorelin is FDA-approved only as a brand-name drug for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. IGF-1 LR3 has not been studied in controlled human trials. No study tested this combination in people, and raised hormone levels do not by themselves show more muscle or better recovery.
How care works
What clinician oversight means here
Licensed clinicians, real review, and support after you start.
A licensed clinician decides
Your intake is reviewed by a clinician licensed in your state. They choose the treatment and the dose, and they can decline. Insert MD does not make that call.
Dispensed by a licensed pharmacy
Nothing ships without a prescription. Your order is prepared and sent by a licensed pharmacy, not packed by us.
Reviewed again at follow-up
Continuing is a decision, not a default. Your clinician reassesses whether the treatment still fits before you carry on.
Compounded is not FDA-approved
Several treatments here are compounded. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and we say so on every page where it applies.

Good to know
CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin each prompt the pituitary to release your own growth hormone, through two different receptors. The liver turns that signal into IGF-1, the hormone that acts on muscle and connective tissue. IGF-1 LR3 is a lab-modified, longer-lasting version of IGF-1 used mostly in cell research.
One 5 mL vial holds CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, and IGF-1 LR3. The pharmacy label lists each amount.
No. Growth hormone-releasing peptides and IGF-1 analogues are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list.
Injection-site reactions, flushing, water retention, joint aches, and tingling in the hands have been described with growth hormone-releasing peptides. IGF-1 can lower blood sugar. Tell your clinician about anything new, including shakiness or sweating.
